Juz to let u guys noe that the sponsorship form is not compulsory... so it is not necessary to force urself to look for 1. because we dont want to trouble every1 to look for 1 as it is difficult to find 1. however, we kindly appreciate if u can try an effort to ask ur parents, relatives or friends whom u r closer with to get sponsorships(advertisement) or donation if possible.
Donation is up to your kind generousity. any amount will do.
advertisement fee is as stated in the letter which every1 received. advertisement design will usually be done by the company itself. the design can be either pass thru u urself or email to us.
*receipt will be issued for any kind of payment.
About the payment
this is to clear up any confusion.
1. Cash
the money can be directly passed to the person-in-charge such as me with the reply form.
2. Cheque
if the cheque is directly passed on to you urself, u can juz hand in or mail the cheque as well as the reply form to us as v will do the bank-in procedures.
3. Bank-in
if the sponsors/donor wish to bank-in to IMU acc, he/she will need to produce the bank-in slip to us n the reply form. the bank-in slip can be email to us @ bp108convomag@gmail.com or send it together with the reply form thru mail whichever is convenient.
the objective of this activity is to reduce the burden of every1 in every aspect eg financial. thx in advance for ur contribution.
